Menu - Tropical Reception in Lobby Lounge & Bar

A beautiful tropical reception composed of a variety of fresh tropical fruits and berries served by waiters in individuall dishes. Due to the unique ingredients of the dishes, this cocktail reception is mainly suitable for the summer, from May to the end of October.

  • Fresh figs cut into four, garnished with diced mango and
         mint leaves.
  • Watermelon and melon balls, garnished with fresh pineapple
         sticks, in a coconut and berries syrup.
  • Thin slices of melons, watermelon, pineapple and the fruit of
         Eden (apple), garnished with berries and citrus peels.
  • Thin slices of mango, pineapple, blackberry and mulberry in a
         passion fruit sauce.

    In addition, waiters will serve 2 choices of Ramat Hagolan wines, from the following selection:
  • Muscat 2007 An extremely aromatic wine with a tropical fruity
         aroma, green apples, fresh flowers and ripe grapes. A mildly
         sparkling wine with a low alcohol level, making it suitable as
         a light, enjoyable dessert wine.
  • Yarden Brut Sparkling wine combining sophistication and
         refinement, with an assortment of lemon and green apple scents,
         with a hint of fresh flowers and cream. Rosé wine A bright pink
         wine with purple shades and an aroma of strawberries,
          gooseberries and red apples, combined with scents of rose
         bloom and honey. The wine's acidity is mild and refined, with a
         pleasurable, warming finish.
  • Yarden White Har Hermon 2006 Dry white wine with aromas of
         tangerines, green apples and pears, with hints of orange blossom.
